UGANDA CAMPING SAFARI - 14 Days Camping Safari Trip in Uganda

DAY 1: Arrive in Kampala and transfer to the Red Chilli Lodge.

DAY 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls national park arriving in time for a picnic lunch at a breath taking site at the Top of the Falls.

DAY 3: Undertake an early morning game drive and in the evening return to the camp for a barbeque dinner and enjoy some captivating folklore at the camp fire.

DAY 4: In the morning drive via Hoima to Fort Portal where the fabled Mountains of the Moon are found, to the Kibale forest. Camp at the Kibale Forest

DAY 5: After breakfast undertake a whole day primate trekking.

DAY 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth for an extensive game drive.

DAY 7: undertake a nature walk to the Maramagambo Forest to the bat cave in which the pythons are a major attraction.

DAY 8: transfer to Bwindi through Ishasha grasslands for viewing tree-climbing lions. Arrive in Bwindi in the afternoon for your lunch.

DAY 9: Undertake gorilla trekking in the Bwindi Forest. In the evening, take a community walk to the pygmy group for cultural performance.

DAY 10: Traverse the Kigezi Highlands commonly referred to as the Switzerland of Africa to Lake Bunyonyi. Before transferring to Lake Mburo undertake a boat cruise to island for a traditional dance by the local community.

DAY 11: Arrive in Lake Mburo national park in the afternoon. Go for a Bilharzia free swimming at Lake Mburo.
Relax at your pre-set camp site at Lake Mburo camp site for your dinner and an overnight. Enjoy the folklore at the camp fire as the zebras, warthogs and buffaloes keep peeping at you.

DAY 12: After breakfast, undertake a game drive in the park and return for a lovely lunch dinner and overnight at Lake Mburo Camp site.

DAY 13: In the morning transfer to Lyantonde for your breakfast and then proceed and arrive in Kampala and stay at Red Chilli Lodge for your dinner and an overnight.
