AAS 001 - 3 Days Bwindi Gorilla Safari
A 3 days Gorilla Safari to Bwindi Impenetrable forest, home to more than half of the remaining mountain gorillas in the wild. This trip is offered on both scheduled and tailormade basis.
A 3 days trip to Queen Elizabeth (QENP), a world biosphere reserve. The Safari is packaged with a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, game drives following the popular Kasenyi track and chimpanzee trekking in Chambura Gorge. The park's geographical area of 1,978 sq km, accommodates a total of 95 mammal species, the highest of any Ugandan national park. 10 primate species exist including chimpanzees, vervet, blue, red-tailed, and LHoests monkey, black-and-white colubus and olive baboon. Over 20 predators are found in Queen Elizabeth including side-striped jackal, lions, leopards, and spotted hyena. Other mammal species include buffaloes, hippos, elephants, various antelope species, warthogs, etc. More than 610 bird species have been recorded in QENP, possibly the highest total ever found in Uganda, if not in Africa, and a remarkable figure for a reserve that is relatively small by continental standards.
