Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Kamapala to Murchison Falls

Board a private chartered flight to Pakuba or Bugungu airstrip in Murchison Falls National Park. Ttransfer to the lodge from the airstrip which will take you about 45 minutes. In the afternoon go for a launch trip on the Nile to the bottom of the one of the most captivating falls in the world - the Murchison Falls. On the launch cruise expect to view wildlife that include Crocodiles, Hippos, Buffaloes, elephants, and a plethora of water birds including the rare shoebill, etc. Dinner and overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge / Nile Safari Camp(FB).

Day 2: Game drive in Murchison Falls National Park

After a cup of tea proceed for a game drive before dawn to catch up with the early risers and predators returning to their hide-outs. Expect animals likeleopards, Lions (and their prey), the Uganda Kobs, giraffes, Warthogs, Bushbucks, and many bird species. Retire to the lodge for breakfast , lunch and relaxation in preparation for a game drive in the evening. You will pass by the top of the falls to see how the placid Nile forces itself through a narrow gorge forming a thunderous roar of white water as it falls a distance of 150 km.

Dinner and overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge / Nile Safari Camp (FB).

Day 3: Return to Kampala
After breakfast transfer to Pakuba / Bugungu for your chartered flight back to Entebbe.
