Located on a peninsular over looking the Kazinga channel in the heart of Queen Elizabeth national park, Mweya Safari Lodge is a large, first class safari lodge. The location of the lodge offers great views of the public rooms, and areas, guest rooms and even the swimming pool.  All the rooms have great facilities that make it another home away from home. The lodge has well furnished rooms with a number of restaurants and bars in which you can obtain dinner accompanied by sounds. The lodge has a health club that leads you to a sauna, massage and steam where you can provide relaxation.

By road the journey takes about 5 hours for you to reach the lodge which is 420 km in Kampala.

Jacana Lodge
Jacana Lodge is located 12 km off the main road from Katunguru to Mbarara deep in the heart of Maramagambo forest and on the edge of a crater lake in Queen Elizabeth National Park. It is an intimate eco-lodge, which has been lovingly designed by its creative owners so that it blends with its surroundings and works with the topography of the site while offering high levels of comfort, style and service. The lodge offers elite accommodation with facilities that give a true picture of Africa. It has main buildings with a feel of a tree house and 8 cabins that are comfortable and idealistic. It has a swimming pool, sauna, bar and restaurant.
Activities; Floating Fig tree forests, overhanging palm trees, emerald and blue craters filled with deep waters, with a backdrop of the mountains in Congo, create unequalled opportunities for viewing flora and fauna. Inclusive on the activities are the sundowner cruises, forest walks, Chimpanzees trekking.

Ishasha Camp and Campsite
This lovely isolated retreat consists of 2 basic bandas, rather disappointingly situated on a piece of flat round several hundred meters from the Ishasha River. Since the bandas collectively sleep only 4-5 people, it is advisable to book in advance through the UWA headquarters in Kampala or to try to radio through an enquiry from the park headquarter at Mweya or Bwindi National Park. The chances of a vacancy are pretty good, even if you do pitch up without a booking. As a last resort, there’s a basic hostel nearby. Three campsites are also available, and in direct contrast to the bandas each one is discreetly carved from the riparian forest along the river, and has a covered sitting area. Campsite One has a particularly intimate atmosphere, while Campsite Two offers the best game viewing- black-and- white colobus monkey haunt the riverbank, a couple of dozen hippos live a short distance upstream, a pair of fish eagles is resident and the tree are rustling with forest and woodland birds. Facilities are limited to pumped water, fit for washing but not for drinking, and basic but clean pit toilets. Visitors must bring all food with them as well as cooking utensils. Firewood is available, and  you can normally buy beers and sodas from the Staff village near the camp.

Hippo Hill Camp
This new camp, due to open in late 2006 overlooks Lake Munyenyange in the Katwe town enclave just outside the park. With a bit of landscaping to this rather exposed location the QENP management plan considered truck groups would shuttle into the park in smaller vehicles less damaging to game tracks
